Sinclaire M. Parer

Sinclaire Parer is an associate with Lawless, Lawless & McGrath. Sinclaire counsels and represents employees in a wide range of employment disputes, including claims involving discrimination, harassment and retaliation. Prior to joining Lawless, Lawless & McGrath, Sinclaire was an associate at a national management-side labor and employment law firm.

During law school, Sinclaire served as a Senior Symposium Editor and Staff Editor for the Hastings Law Journal. She gained experience in the Individual Representation Clinic litigating a wage and hour case as a certified law student and through the Mediation Clinic. Sinclaire was also a Constitutional Law teaching assistant and served as an intern for Justice Banke in the California Court of Appeal.
